The Liguria Region has in fact joined the national "Free ItaliaWiFi" circuit, which allows free roaming for users. You can therefore browse for free and always with your own user ID and password on all the WiFi networks of public administrations that are part of the national circuit (recognisable by the Free ItaliaWiFi logo on the authentication and access web page).
